Dodds Shop
This shop was situated on Maidens Walk, which ran round the back of Hexham General Hospital. The photo was taken in 1991, and now both the shop and the hospital have gone. Dodds Shop closed in the 1970’s as a local grocer and was a fish n chip shop for a short while before shutting down permanently.
